A 72-hour online seminar on “Jurisprudence” organized by the Institute of Innovation and Qualification of the Ala-Too International University is being held for the directors of International educational institutions “Sapat”.

The seminar covers the following topics: “Regulation of labor rights of employees in the education system”, “Labor relations. Fundamentals of the emergence of labor relations”, “Cyber hygiene for children: protection from Internet attacks”, “Criminal liability of adolescents”, “State secular regime and religious beliefs in Kyrgyzstan”, “Rights and duties of teachers”, “Regulatory documents of educational institutions”, “Labor disputes”, “The rights of a schoolboy” and others.

“Jurisprudence” is a course based on the correct and accurate conduct of management activities in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, solving various legal issues within the framework of the law, protecting human rights, containing the necessary information on conducting bilateral work, proper maintenance of legal documentation and much more.
