A 72-hour course “Psychology” has started, organized by the Institute of Advanced Training and Continuing Education of the AIU for kindergarten teachers “Effect”. When educating the younger generation, it is important that educators know well not only the child, but also themselves. Mastering new technologies and the ability to apply them in everyday life is a requirement of time.

Only educated people can guide and contribute to the proper formation of growing children. To do this, the teacher must acquire the necessary knowledge, improve it and update it. The Psychology course covers topics such as “Emotional Intelligence”, “Artificial Intelligence”, “The need to use AI”, “Adaptation of children to school”, “Emotional burnout and ways to prevent it”, “Child sex education” and others.
