The Institute of Advanced Training and Continuing Education of the AIU organized a 72-hour course on “Management” for the AIU administrative staff, including the Department of Education, the Department of Quality Management, the Student Affairs Department, Library, Archival Departments and methodologists.

In order to improve and facilitate document management through the use of artificial intelligence, topics included “The place of AI in education”, “Planning and writing reports using AI”, “Gamma AI and its capabilities”, “Limitations of the use of AI”, “AI in educational institutions”, “Transition of the university reporting model 4.0 to data and AI.”

Trainings were held on such topics as “Principles of online document management”, “Lean management”, “Methods of improving efficiency”, “Emotions and Finance”, “Financial Literacy”, “Family Finance”, which caused a heated discussion on the part of the participants.
