Zhyldyz Tegizbekova, PhD in Law, Associate Professor in Faculty of Law, Co-Coordinator of Cyber Security Center, 'AlaToo' International University, Kyrgyzstan; Professor, KAZGUU, Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan. Pr.Tegizbekova is teaching Cyber Law, Digital Rights, Public International Law and Sustainable Development Courses. In May 2022, Zhyldyz joined Emerging Markets International Company (Belgium) as a Digital Lawyer.
The areas of her research interests are International Law, Sustainable Development, Investment, Human Rights, IP, IT and Transport Law. Pr.
Zhyldyz Tegizbekova has written more than 30 scientific publications, including a textbook, teaching aids, monographs, and scientific articles.
Currently, Pr.Tegizbekova is a Member of Advisory Board of the State Agency on Personal Data Protection in Kyrgyzstan.
Rustam Umarov - coach - trainer
Rustam Umarov is currently the Vice-rector for Academic Affairs at Ala-Too International University. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the Dokuz Eylul University of the Republic of Turkey and defended his master's and doctoral dissertation on Management (Marketing) at the same university. He worked as a consultant and marketing manager for several private companies. He is always improving his education and in search of something new. Trains on the topics "Creative thinking of a teacher", "Technique of an influential teacher", etc.
Salidin Kaldybaev - coach - trainer
Salidin Kaldybaev – Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor. In 1980 he graduated from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of the Kyrgyz State University.
The field of scientific research of S. Kaldybaev is pedagogical measurement, scientific and methodological foundations of testing in education, pedagogical assessment and monitoring in education, information technology in education and a competence-based approach to teaching.
S. Kaldybaev is the author of more than 300 scientific and methodological works, including 5 monographs, 25 educational and methodical works.
S. Kaldybaev is the chairman of the Expert Council of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Kyrgyz Republic on Pedagogy.
Member of the editorial boards of several scientific journals.
Currently, he is the Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs of the Ala-Too International University
Kaldybayeva Elnura a trainer-teacher
Kaldybayeva Elnura is a lecturer at the Ala-Too International University. In 2009, she graduated with honors from the Kyrgyz Philology of BGU. She is a graduate student at the same university. Author of a number of scientific articles, and participant in many international scientific and practical conferences. Winner of the nomination "Modern digital application" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Coach of the Erasmus + project "Modernisation of higher education in Central Asia through new technologies (HiEdTech)". Within the framework of this project, he developed a virtual library "Kyrgyz language for A1 level foreigners".

Lesbekova Saltanat
Lesbekova Saltanat is a staff psychologist at the Ala-Too International University College. She has 2 higher educations: graduated from the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University with a degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science, then received a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Kyrgyz State University named after J. Balasagyn. She has various certificates of advanced training, including "Cognitive behavioral therapy". Since 2018, she has been working as a psychologist in private schools and concurrently conducts seminars on the most relevant topics in the field of educational psychology.
